Care plans suit businesses whose website matters but who have no one in-house to look after it. Most of our clients start here. We look after more than 50 websites and around 40 businesses pay us monthly for hosting, care or ongoing work.
If your site is on WordPress, it needs regular updates and someone watching it. If it is on Squarespace, the platform handles the hosting, but someone still needs to keep pages, forms and listings right. Either way, a care plan means one team owns the job.
WordPress core, themes and plugins kept up to date. We check the site after updates, so a plugin change does not quietly break a form or a page.
Firewall rules, malware scanning, login protection and SSL certificates that renew on time. We watch for problems and act on them.
Regular backups stored away from your website, so we can restore the site if something goes wrong.
We monitor your site around the clock and get alerted if it goes down, often before you notice.
Your site runs on our managed UK servers using LiteSpeed, set up with caching for fast page loads. Your data stays in the UK.
Text edits, new images, a new team member, an updated price list. Send us the change and we make it. Your plan includes a set amount of time each month.

Squarespace sites are hosted by Squarespace, so care for those sites covers updates to content, forms, listings and technical checks. Prices exclude VAT.
Care keeps your site healthy. It does not, on its own, win you more enquiries. When you want the site to bring in more work, you can move up to Organic Presence, our monthly plan for search, AI visibility, content, Google Business Profile and reviews.

Yes. We often take over WordPress and Squarespace sites built by other agencies or freelancers. We start with a check of the site: platform, plugins, hosting, backups, security and any obvious problems. Then we move it onto our UK hosting if needed and put it on a care plan. If we find anything urgent, we tell you before we start.
We act straight away. We take the site offline or into maintenance mode if needed, find how the attacker got in, clean the files and database, or restore from a clean backup, and close the gap. We then change passwords, check the site with Google and keep a close watch afterwards. On a care plan, clean-up is part of the job.
WordPress sites on our care plans are hosted on our managed servers in the UK, which run LiteSpeed web server software for fast page loads. We manage the servers ourselves, so we can tune performance, apply security rules and fix problems without waiting on a third-party support queue. Squarespace sites stay on Squarespace’s own hosting.
Yes. Squarespace handles its own hosting and software updates, so care for a Squarespace site focuses on content changes, forms, page structure, search settings and listings. WordPress sites need more hands-on work, including core, theme and plugin updates, backups and security, so WordPress plans include our UK hosting and that technical upkeep.
Care plans run monthly with a short minimum term. That covers the setup work of moving your site, checking it and putting backups and monitoring in place. After the minimum term, you can stay month to month. If you move up to Organic Presence, your care is included in that plan.
