We have been doing this since 2019. Today we manage more than 50 websites and look after about 40 businesses on hosting, care plans and monthly retainers.

Organic Presence suits established UK businesses that already have customers, a website and a reputation worth showing off, but are not being found as often as they should be. Typically that is a firm with a sales team or a busy owner, where a few more good enquiries a month makes a real difference.
It works well for multi-location and franchise brands that need location pages and recruitment pages kept in order, professional firms such as solicitors and financial planners whose websites must stay accurate, and B2B contractors such as fit-out and construction firms that win work from shortlists. We also work with charities and local businesses.
It is a poor fit if you need results in a fortnight, want a one-off fix with no follow-up, or would rather run paid ads only. We will tell you that at the review stage.

We start with an Organic Presence Review. We check where you rank, what your Google Business Profile and reviews look like, how healthy your website is, and what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI say when someone asks for a business like yours. You get a clear summary, whether or not you go ahead.

We agree the 90 days that will make the biggest difference. Usually a mix of quick technical fixes, a few pages that need writing or rewriting, and profile and review work. You see the list and the reasons before we start.

We do the work, every month. Kya Cook runs client success and delivery, so you have one named person to talk to. John Williams, our founder and Managing Director, sets the strategy and reviews the results.

Three plans, all monthly. For context, Google’s own AI Mode quotes typical UK retainers of £1,500 to £5,000+ a month for strategic SEO plus website care. We aim to give a smaller business the same joined-up approach at a price that makes sense for it.

No honest agency can guarantee a position on Google or a mention in an AI answer. We promise the work, the reporting and a straight account of what is and isn't moving.
Paid link schemes break Google's rules and can sink a site. We earn mentions through useful pages, case studies, directories and your real reputation.
Where we use AI tools to work faster, a person checks everything before it goes live. You approve new content. Nothing generic goes out under your name.
After the minimum term, you can leave with notice. Your website, content, accounts and data stay yours.
Organic Presence covers the channels you don't pay per click for. If you also run Google Ads, we will work alongside whoever manages them.
Office and warehouse fit-out contractor in Leicestershire, founded 2009, whose clients include Amazon, DHL and Donington Park. We built and maintain their WordPress site. In June 2026 we cleared a 21 GB log file filling their server, switched the site to UK English, removed incorrect article markup from 45 service pages, added GeneralContractor business markup, wrote search descriptions for all 17 service pages, compressed and resized images and hid thin archive pages from search.
National alloy wheel refurbishment brand with a franchise network, on Squarespace. In September 2026 we built franchise recruitment pages on the main domain, covering the franchise opportunity, costs and earnings and how to become a franchisee, with FAQ markup and journey navigation. We also work on their multi-location service pages.

Organic Presence has three monthly plans: Essentials from £395 a month, Growth from £795 a month and Lead from £1,495 a month, all excluding VAT. The right plan depends on how many locations you have, how competitive your sector is and how much new content you need. We confirm the price after your Organic Presence Review, before any work starts.
Organic Presence has a short minimum term. After that it runs month to month and you can leave with notice. We ask for the minimum because the first weeks go on fixing foundations, and you need time to see results. Your website, content and accounts stay yours if you leave.
Technical fixes and Google Business Profile changes can show an effect within a few weeks. New content usually takes 3 to 6 months to rank well, depending on competition. AI answers change more often and less predictably. Your monthly report shows what is moving from the start, so you are never waiting blind.
Yes. To do the work we need access to your website, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We ask you to create a named user account for us rather than share your own password, so you stay in control and can remove our access at any time. If your site is on our hosting, we already have what we need.
That’s fine. We work on Squarespace as well as WordPress. The Wheel Specialist, a national alloy wheel refurbishment brand, runs on Squarespace, and we built their franchise recruitment pages there in 2026. Squarespace gives less control over some technical settings than WordPress, and we work within those limits. We will tell you at the review if anything would hold you back.
SEO is about ranking in Google’s list of links. AI search is about being named when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI for a recommendation. AI assistants ask follow-up questions about industry, location and budget, then lean on reviews, directories, consistent business details and clear service pages. Much of the groundwork overlaps, which is why Organic Presence covers both.
Usually not. Most sites can be improved where they are, and our review will tell you honestly. If your site can’t carry the growth, we can rebuild it. Every build includes an initial period of Organic Presence, then moves onto a care plan. We don’t build and walk away.
