Automotive and franchise

Organic growth for automotive and franchise brands

Your customers search for a service near them. Your future franchisees search for an opportunity they can trust. We build and run the location pages, recruitment pages and reviews that serve both, on one strong domain.

Who this is for

Multi-location service brands and franchise networks. Automotive repair and refurbishment, mobile services, trades and home services. Any brand where head office owns the website and the customers book with a local branch or franchisee.

We work with businesses across the UK in many sectors. This page shows how our Organic Presence service applies to multi-site brands, and where we’ve already done it.

How your customers choose

A driver with a kerbed alloy doesn’t search for a brand. They search for the fix and the place. “Alloy wheel repair Bristol.” “Mobile wheel refurbishment near me.” Then they check the nearest options, look at photos and reviews, and book.

AI assistants follow the same path. Ask ChatGPT or Google AI Mode for a wheel refurbishment service and it asks where you are, then names businesses. It leans on clear local pages, Google Business Profiles and reviews to decide who to name.

So a national brand only wins locally if each location has its own presence. A single “locations” list on the homepage won’t do it.

What we build and run for multi-site brands

Location pages without duplicate content

Every location page needs something only that location can say. The team, the area covered, local photos, local reviews, directions and opening hours. Swapping the town name into the same template gives Google little reason to rank it.

Franchise recruitment on the main domain

Recruitment pages belong on the brand's main website, where they benefit from its authority. A hub, a costs and earnings page and a clear application route answer the questions prospective franchisees actually search for.

Head office and franchisee pages that don't compete

We set a clear structure. National service pages explain the service. Location pages handle local searches. Franchisees don't run separate sites targeting the same terms. Each page has one job, so they support each other.

Google Business Profile per location

Each branch or franchise territory with a genuine presence gets its own profile with accurate categories, hours and photos, linked to its own location page. We keep the details consistent across the whole network.

Reviews at scale

A simple, repeatable way for every location to ask for reviews after a job, plus monitoring and responses. Reviews drive local rankings and give AI assistants evidence when they choose who to recommend.

AI answers

We track a set of AI prompts every month, by service and by area, and shape location and service pages so assistants have clear, consistent facts to quote. Read more about AI search optimisation.

Recruiting franchisees through search

Prospective franchisees do their homework. They search for the opportunity, the costs, the earning potential and what support they’ll get. If your brand’s site doesn’t answer those questions, a franchise directory or a competitor will.

We build recruitment pages that follow the way someone moves from curiosity to application. An opportunity hub, a page on costs and earnings, a page on how to become a franchisee, and FAQ markup so the answers can appear directly in search. Journey navigation links each step to the next, so a reader always knows where to go.

What we do month to month

1

Review

We check how the brand and each location appear on Google and in AI answers, audit location pages and Google Business Profiles, and agree priorities with head office.

2

Plan

We set out the 90 days that will make the most difference, usually a location page structure, fixes to duplicate content and a review process the whole network can follow.

3

Run

Each month we write and improve location and service pages, manage Google Business Profiles, support reviews, build recruitment content and keep the site fast and secure.

4

Report

A plain monthly report covering national and local visibility, enquiries by location, reviews, franchise enquiries and AI prompts where you’re named.

Pricing

What it costs

Organic Presence plans start from £395 a month plus VAT, on a short minimum term. Networks with many locations usually need a higher tier. See the plans on the Organic Presence page. We work on WordPress and Squarespace, so you don’t need to change platform to start.

Client

The Wheel Specialist

The Wheel Specialist is a national alloy wheel refurbishment brand with a franchise network, running on Squarespace with multi-location service pages. In September 2026 we built franchise recruitment pages on their main domain. These cover a franchise opportunity hub, costs and earnings, and how to become a franchisee, with FAQ markup and journey navigation linking each step.

Questions multi-site brands ask us

Give every location page content only that location can provide. That means the local team, the area covered, real photos, local reviews, directions and opening hours. Swapping the town name into an identical template creates near-duplicate pages that Google is unlikely to rank. Fewer, stronger location pages usually do better than hundreds of thin ones.

In most cases, yes. Recruitment pages on the main domain benefit from the brand’s existing authority and reputation, and keep everything in one place for a prospective franchisee doing research. A hub page, a costs and earnings page and a clear application page, with FAQ markup, answer the questions people search for before they enquire.

Give every page one job. National service pages explain the service. Location pages target local searches for that area. Franchisees use their location page and their own Google Business Profile, rather than separate websites chasing the same terms. A clear structure and internal links mean pages support each other instead of splitting visibility.

Every location that serves customers in its area should have one, following Google’s guidelines for the type of business. Each profile should have accurate categories, hours, photos and its own reviews, and link to its own location page. Consistent names, addresses and phone numbers across the network help Google and AI assistants trust the details.

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity ask follow-up questions about the service and location, then name businesses that match. They lean on clear service and location pages, reviews and directory listings. A brand with consistent details and strong reviews for each location gives the assistant better evidence to recommend it.

Yes. We work on both WordPress and Squarespace. The Wheel Specialist runs on Squarespace, and we built their franchise recruitment pages there, including FAQ markup and journey navigation. You don’t need to rebuild your website to start Organic Presence, although we’ll tell you honestly if the current platform is holding you back.
