Organic growth for law firms and professional services

People choose a solicitor, planner or accountant on trust. We build and run the website, search presence and reviews that earn that trust before the first call, with every word approved by your firm. Law firms, immigration advisers and a local law society already trust us with theirs.

Who this is for

Regional law firms with more than one office. Immigration advisers and specialist practices. Law societies and professional bodies. Financial planning and wealth management firms, accountants and other practices that rely on local reputation and want more enquiries from search.

We work with businesses across the UK in many sectors. This page shows how our Organic Presence service applies to regulated professional firms, and where we’ve already done it.

How clients choose a firm

Someone going through a divorce, buying a house or dealing with a parent’s estate doesn’t browse for fun. They search for the problem and the place. “Conveyancing solicitor Southampton.” “Lasting power of attorney near me.” “Financial adviser for retirement planning.” Then they compare a handful of firms quickly.

They look for three things. Does this firm handle my kind of matter? Is there an office near me, or can they help remotely? Can I trust the person I’ll be dealing with? Reviews, named people and clear pricing answer those faster than any slogan.

Increasingly that comparison starts in an AI assistant. Ask ChatGPT or Google AI Mode for a solicitor and it asks follow-up questions about the matter and the location, then names firms. It leans on clear practice-area pages, reviews and directories to decide. A firm with thin pages and few reviews gets left out of the answer.

What we build and run for professional firms

Practice-area pages

A proper page for each area of work, from residential conveyancing to wills, family, employment and commercial property. Each one explains who it's for, how the process works and what it typically involves, in plain English.

Office location pages

Each office gets its own page with address, opening hours, the people based there, the services offered locally and directions. Each page has its own content, so offices don't compete with each other in search.

Named experts and E-E-A-T

Google looks for experience, expertise, authority and trust, and so do clients. Profiles for your solicitors, planners and accountants, with qualifications and areas of work, and articles carrying their names, show real people stand behind the advice.

Reviews

A steady, genuine flow of client reviews on Google and the platforms your sector uses. We set up a simple process for asking at the right moment.

Online payments

Clients expect to pay an invoice or a payment on account online. We build secure payment integrations with established UK payment providers, so the money goes straight to your account.

Client portals and secure forms

Where it suits your firm, we can scope client portals, secure upload forms and online onboarding that link into your website. We work alongside your case management supplier and IT team on what connects where.

Marketing within the rules

Law firms, financial planners and accountants all market under professional rules. For solicitors that means the SRA. For financial planners, the FCA’s rules on financial promotions. For accountants, their professional body’s guidance.

We write within the SRA and the relevant professional rules, and your firm approves everything before it goes live. We don’t give legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Your compliance officer or nominated partner has the final say on every page, and we build the sign-off step into how we work each month.

In practice that means no claims you can’t stand behind and room on the site for the information your regulator expects, such as price and service details where they apply. Your team confirms what’s needed.

Being the answer to "solicitor near me"

Local searches are where regional firms can win. Someone in a specific town asking for a specific service wants someone nearby they can trust.

To appear in those results and in AI answers, each office needs an accurate Google Business Profile with the right categories, real photos and recent reviews. Your practice-area pages need to mention the places you serve in natural language. Your firm’s details need to match across the website, Google, the Law Society’s Find a Solicitor and other directories. We run all of this as part of Organic Presence, and track a set of AI prompts monthly so you can see when assistants start naming you.

What we do month to month

1

Review

We check how each office and practice area appears on Google and in AI answers, audit the website and Google Business Profiles, and agree priorities with your marketing lead or partners.

2

Plan

We set out the 90 days that will make the biggest difference, usually starting with technical fixes, office pages and the practice areas that bring the most valuable work.

3

Run

Each month we draft pages and articles for your approval, publish them, manage Google Business Profiles, support your review process and keep the site fast, secure and updated.

4

Report

A plain monthly report covering search visibility by practice area and office, enquiries from organic search, reviews and AI prompts where you’re named.

Pricing

What it costs

Organic Presence plans start from £395 a month plus VAT, on a short minimum term. Firms with several offices and practice areas usually need a higher tier. See the plans on the Organic Presence page. If your website needs rebuilding first, every build includes an initial period of Organic Presence and then moves onto a care plan.

Questions law firms and practices ask us

Can’t see your question? Call 01983 216222 or send us a message.

Give each practice area and each office its own clear page, keep a Google Business Profile accurate for every office, and build a steady flow of genuine client reviews. Add profiles for your solicitors so clients can see who they’ll deal with. Regional firms rarely win broad national terms, but they can win searches that combine a service with a place.

We write within the SRA’s rules and the relevant professional rules for your sector, and your firm approves every page before it goes live. We don’t give legal or compliance advice. Your compliance officer or nominated partner has the final say, and we build that sign-off step into our monthly process so nothing is published without approval.

Yes. Each office should have a page with its address, hours, the people based there, the services offered locally and directions. Every page needs its own content. Copying the same text across offices makes them compete with each other. Each office should also have its own Google Business Profile linking to its page.

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity ask follow-up questions about the type of matter and the location, then name firms that match. They lean on clear practice-area pages, reviews and directory listings. Firms with named experts, consistent details across directories and recent reviews give the assistant more reasons to include them.

Yes, with the right integration. We build secure online payment pages that connect to established UK payment providers, so clients can pay an invoice or money on account without calling the office. The payment provider handles card details, and the money goes straight to your firm’s account. We scope it with your accounts team first.

Yes. When one firm joins another, the old website still gets visits from people searching for the old name. We redirect the old site’s pages to the right pages on the new one, so clients and Google follow the change. We did this when Eldridges joined Churchers.

Yes. Financial planners, wealth managers and accountants face the same challenge as law firms. Clients choose on trust and often search locally. We write within FCA rules or your professional body’s guidance, and your firm approves everything. We designed the website for Aspen Wealth Management, a financial planning firm.
